in order to play draws you need to dominate some concepts thats are fundamental do rightly play these type of hands.

try to find some videos from the languages you dominate, e.g. english, deutsch or español bla bla bla...

but read the article, it is very usefull.

then you can try to aply the theory when playing...

edit: reagarding to the hand i would fold, you don't have the odds to call w only the fd

You need odds of approximately 2.1 to call on a flush draw all in on the flop, i.e. you have a 1 in 3 change of it completing.

yes seems you right this should be a isolation raise. but iam learning next time it will be a raise and i hope to have a easery dession. not that this was to havy but this guy pushed 2-3 times all in and nobody called him.
