i try to play sss really tight, but i always get stealed from blinds, someone raises 2-3bb and i always must fold, when i do hit my card and raise to 4bb or more if someone limped, every just folds and im actually not making any profit. Should i play more lose and steal blinds even if i dont have card?

Before you can think about blind defence you need to read this:

and install some poker software (holdem manager, poker tracker 3 or elephant (from best to worse)).
But without stats you can make loose steals other SSSrs, they don't defend (at least at micro stakes) at all, and easy to spot even without stats. Second type of players, that defend to little are TAGs (usually with 100BB), but you make sure, that they are tight in blinds.
Then you can learn from here, ton of information about SSS, you just need to read it all
