4.5-5on flop
12-13 on turn
23-25 on river

When villian is unknown, just value bet bigger with your strong hands. They would not have seen your smaller typical bet sizes.

Flop: villains BEP with your $4 bet is @ 27.7%, with just a flush draw he is priced in.(bet pot on flop)

Turn: villains BEP is @ 28% with your $9.50 bet, if he has AQh you just priced him in again(bet pot on turn)

If villain is calling with just a flush draw, can you please tell me his screen name.

Yeah make it a bit bigger on the flop.
But you should understand why.
You want to get called by draws and small pockets as well as TP.
Small pockets will probably fold the turn, so you want to maximize the value you can get at the flop.
Qx will call several streets, so you want to make the bets as big as possible on later streets - that's easier in a bigger pot.
Draws will call the flop and perhaps fold the turn, but if they call again you want their mistake to be as big as possible - so again you want to set up a scenario for a bigger pot from the beginning.

Yes, of course they do. There are a lot of players who play like 4-6 tables and they make notes of such plays.

Yes, there are a lot of regs who like to float with low PPs on such board because you as a opponent often CBet such flops.

Nah, bet sizing try to keep the same for every type of bet.

What do you mean with balancing? You should balance mostly every single bet because you don't want to have leaks in it, try to make same bet amounts on every bet. Of course there are bets where you should make bigger bets near pot and 2/3 pots and so on but you often on such spots the same amount.

Balancing might be not the best word here. I mean I want to bet the same with bluffs and with made hands. Against fish I might bet big with strong hands and small with air cause they don't pay attention.

That's my point here - should I also bet bigger with air on that board against average opponent or unknown? My reasoning behind smaller bets is that I want to bet the same amount with air and thus make it cheaper to get caught bluffing. Plus my hands is not nuts, I don't necessary want to play for stacks on the river here. So summing up - is it better to bet bigger and get more value out of my stronger hands and lose more from my bluffs or bet smaller and win smaller but also lose less.

If you have air and think you can't get him to fold - just don't cbet!
I'd rather check back and give up than planning to bet small with the intention to give up if called.

If you expect the opponent to peel the flop extremely light - bet big with the plan to fire most turns and collect tons of dead money!

If you have a strong value hand - bet big with the intention to stack the opponent if he has some kind of worse hand that is willing to call down.
