Sorry to hear that you have been waiting a week, maybe there is a slight problem or delay at the moment.
Moderators do not have access to your account (for your safetfy/the security of your personal data), so I can't tell what the issue is at the moment.
Please drop our customer support team a ticket and they will be able to confirm the status of your application.
Please allow a few days as they are extremely busy at the moment with the forthcoming holiday period too.

I know it can be frustrating waiting that long. But it does come, you just have to be patient. I was in your position when I requested mine too!
I create a new account on party poker. Maybe I will recieve now, because I send a wrond username before for my pokerroom. And I recieved a call a 5 minutes ago so I hope this is it.

It sounds like you are doing all steps correct. Please be patient and remember that over the holiday season of Christmas and New Year that some staff will be away and unable to process your request. Therefore there may be a delay.
