Well in berzergers exarmple it is actually correct to fold AA. For the reasson that your not trying to accumilate chips in DoN's. Most importantly by folding here about 95% of the time you'll cash as 5 players are very likley going to be bust after the hand in question. Call what you may win 50% of the time? Folding here you cash alot more than calling.

The call is only +EV in a Chip perspective but not in terms of $EV. In SNGs it is very important to differentiate between the Chip EV of a decision and the real money ($EV) since these are not necessarily the same (especially in bubble situations such as this DON example).

Goodness no... I edited the example as an illustration. However, I've seen people doing pretty weird stuff, limp/call with 84, raise/4bet/call with AQs, etc. This goes for Stars though, I don't play SnG on Cake anymore because apparently neither does anyone else. Concerning profitability, fish are everywhere, they basically surround you. Spot 'em, mark 'em, hunt 'em. The latter is more practical with cash games, but the principle remains: find players with weaknesses, determine their leaks and start exploiting.
