I would raise turn as well, because his turnbet is so small, and I would do it with a lot of bluffs as well tbh.

As you said, the raise is probably a little scary for villain, I would make it like $29 and make a small vbet on the river instead of shoving

If he bet the turn bigger I would just call and shove river if he is 3barreling or make a small vbet on river if he is checking

I think i'd rather raise the flop.
He can't fold his overpairs and draws so you're getting value right away.
By calling you don't get more money from overpairs, he's bet/folding them if the flush hits and if he stacks off he would've also done so vs a flopraise.

The only advantage of calling is to get a possible 2nd bluffbarrel.

As played i'd call the turn, he can very well bet/fold some PPs with a club - if you call he's perhaps going to c/c the river if he hits as well as if he doesn't.

If he bets the river, he probably has A8 or the flush and will probably call our river shove. Raising flop is bad unless we have an aggressive image and want to induce a 3bet bluff. We have a boat which is almost invulnerable.

By raising the turn, we are repping the flush and he will bet/fold all his AA/KK/QQ hands. If we call turn, we might get another street of thin value from these big overpairs, especially since he will probably try to extract more value from JJ-99
