I'd probably 4-bet/shove the flop trying to get it all in, as there is lots of cards i don't want to see on the turn.

As played, on the turn i'd probably shove it. I think the only straight to worry about is JT as i think he is very rarely, if ever, holding T7 or 75. He could be on a flush draw or he could even have a set, which would suck.

I know its only small sample size but he does look a bit fishy so going broke here is not bad imho.

I also get all-in on flop, since there could a lot of ugly turn cards to your overpair
I think shove is a little better than 4-betting to 12$, since he has only 18$ and if he is c/r there with draw you don´t want to give him too good odds.
