I do not believe that Czech Republic is Tax free (still true for rooms registred within EU). But so far I have not seen any proper answer for it. I believe that is grey zone... and goverement is starting looking in to it. So if it is tax free now, it will not be in near future.

Indeed, CZE/SVK goverments are doing lots of changes lately because they want money and Casinos (regarding to live p oker) are afraid of poker clubs and goverment want money from online poker and they will surely ruin it
But I guess this will happen in almost every EU country
Canada's tax free, as long as your primary income comes from another source (job).
