Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Preflop: Hero is BB with K:s, Q:s.
2 folds, BU raises to $0.75, SB folds, Hero raises to $2.75, BU calls $2.00.

Flop: ($5.6) J:s, 5:s, 3:h (2 players)
Hero bets $3.99, BU calls $3.99.

Turn: ($13.58) 3:c (2 players)
Hero bets $7.20, BU calls $7.20.

River: ($27.98) 8:c (2 players)

Did I overplay this hand. Should I shove the river if I miss the flush?

you could take line that likely has the most fold equity
bet/calling flop 5$ and shoving any turn card
I think he would fold to that Jx
I think here BU gets too good odds to look you up with Jx even if he initially planned folding to river shove
