Sui Generis Consulting -> SG Consulting (unfortunately you need to check if you can use "SG" in your brand as Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking got it as well. If you can use it this will be added value to your branding as some people may confuse your company with Société Générale.

Logo
as a base for the logo i tried to use a circle shape because it is an ancient and universal symbol of unity, wholeness, infinity, the goddess. Though i struggled a lot trying to represent the letter S with a circle if you have a lot of imagination you can probably understand it ♦ Still if you like the idea ask you design agency to develop it further.
