Villain is some kind of semifish. He was tight, but I think his raisingrange is weak, cause he completed a lot of strong hands. Postflop he was aggressive and played bet/fold on different streets, so I think he could bluffing very often.
Should I check/raise the flop or turn?
Should I push the river to avoid a negative freeroll?

I can't see a reason why to raise the flop or the turn, but why do you want to push the river?

Because he will check behind a lot of hands that would have called a riverpush.

I wouldn't play a top pair that passiv OOP. I would c/r the flop and try to get it in.
On a river push from you I can't see many worse hands calling you, so I don't think it does make a lot of sense.

When his raises are weak I would push these hands preflop.
The way you played it I would C/R the turn for value and protection.

@OP, I like the flop call, but the turn is a C/R for value and protection cause with your stack left he will not bluff the river too often.

Why not pushing pre? OP has the read, that he is completing strong hands, so I am sure it is +EV to push, as long as you haven't pushed him on his raises that often.
