[Closed] Turbo $2 DON - 6 Handed - Bad Push?

just found the thread and realized I did not answer it yet.
So at first I guess you probably know preflop the hand is misplayed. When you play 6handed dons you should when blinds are low always play agressively and almost never limp, especially with hands like that that are easily dominated and will get you into tough spots.
So play your strong hands (AJ+,99+) agressively early and fold anything else, except from the BU and SB where you can open more widely of course.

So after the flop we hit a decent draw, but its still only 6high and we could be up against sets/stronger flushdraws so I just fold to the 2/3 potsize bet. You dont have the proper odds to draw to the flush there, also the player behind you could raise and then we have to fold after investing too many chips.

Now on the turn we hit our draw and you decide to push - which is pretty much the worst option - because you will chase decent hands like A8, sometimes Kx with weak kicker away. We want to extract value so either bet 2/3 pot or check/raise allin on the turn which is the line I prefer since in a 3way Pot the turn will be bet most of the time.
If the players are very loose/bad and they call a push pretty light then your play is fine, but on any higher level I dont push there.

Thanks for the reply. I know even bothering to play such bad cards was a big mistake, I see now that I was getting angry with my previous losses and it caused me to tilt.

I am finding these low stakes so frustrating because the swings are not caused by odds, but by the other players around me playing any two cards, which is something I am guilty of too. I will persevere.
