My HEM is saying i need to activate online which i dont understand why as i have already payed for it... I clicked on to the activation process but it doesnt allow me to go to the website etc....
If anyone has any advice about this please tell me, and if theres any links to access the website easier please feel free to help me out

Once you pay for it, you get an email with a serial code which you then need to type in into HEM.
type in to HEM? how am i supposed to do that now then? I cant get on to the main screen as this screen comes up everytime i go on to HEM....

As i understand HEM checks from time on internet if S/N is valid. This should happen on random, but somehow my HEM checks every time i start it, if i dont have internet conectivity it doesnt work & asks for online verifying.
It says i dont have internet connectivity..... By i can use the internet? I dont understand it. Frustrating me as i need my HEM 
I'm sure the information you need is already somewhere in the HEM forum. You just need to look for it.
If you're waiting for someone to find it for you then good luck. I'm not doing it.
Rhere were some issues yesterday with their license recognition server.. But it's fixed now. Just restart your computer and everything should be Ok.
Thanks everything is fine, and do you get table scanner free or do you have to pay for that seperately as everytime i enter my serial code it rejects it...

You can use the trial but you need to pay for another serial code for that specific item.
