Here is raised to protect my middle pair and attempt to remove some of the others from the hand.
Is this too aggressive?

Here I felt that I had too many outs to fold.
I was counting my outs as follows:
-2 remaining jacks (for a three of kind)
-4 queens (for a straight)
-(potentially) 3 Tens for 2 pair
With the almost complete lack of aggression from my opponents I felt that I was playing against nothing better than a pair.
I felt that raising here would be bad as I could quite likely be facing an Ace pair from a passive player.
Should I have been more or less aggressive here?

At this point I felt like I was beat but I guess my curiousity (or perhaps bravado) made me want to call.
