no reads on both players , what would you do ?

Pretty gross spot. If MP2 folds I cannot away against UTG+1. But when MP2 calls I think his range mainly consists of higher overpairs than 99 and big draws like AsKs, which means that you're pretty much toast. So I'd find a fold.

I wouldn't even make the call preflop. MP2 is raising a fishy size, indicating strength often. You don't get set value, and since you can't even play on a flop that is as good as your hand will get, there isn't a lot of value in it.
