it's a close spot because you get quite good pot odds after the c-bet, but it is very marginal and could also result in longterm -EV and high variance, so it's better to just give up after the c-bet and wait for a better spot to invest your money.

IMHO we getting potodds of about 3.75:1 to call allin. This means that should we believe we have 6 clean outs we should call but should we believe we have less we should fold.
we have 2 Jacks to trips and 4 Kings to a straight.
It is very unlightly that Villan has a Jack in his hand and we can assume we have 4 clean Kings.
IF we believe Villan has 2pair+ or 1pair with King kicker at least 50% of the time then we cannot assume we have 2 clear Jacks.
Under those circumstances we not getting enough potodds to call.
