I think I have a big tilt problem since a few weeks. I don't regonize it but my winrate and my graph speak another speech.
How you can see I wrote a post in the german downswing report forum. We call it a little bit different. Maybe it is not the same. I don't know.
Good points were that I read some psychological articels, looked some vids and will look the other vids. Over and obove that I had a coaching by McKenna who help people with thinks like downswing etc... It was really interesting. From now on I "shall" just play 6 tables, shall not hear music and shall show my full concentration. If it will help to end the tilt I would be a big step for me. We will see
Because of the point that I hopely play more and more different and no abc I will try to make session reviews to improve my game.
