Can you purchase stuff from the pokerstrategy shop by paying through your poker account? e.g I am on fulltilt I can I ship whatever it costs to pokerstrategy51 who gives me my rakeback?

pokerstrategy and Pokerstrategy shoop are not same "company"...but is not problem to cashout to moneybookers and send for ps.com shop

I don't think so at this stage. There was talk about this possibly being available in future, but I'm not sure when/if it will happen.
I think the PokerStrategy account you mention is solely for the transfer of rakeback and would probably be a logistical nightmare to open up to other smaller transfers for other items.
I'm aware there is negotiation currently going on with Moneybookers regarding TAF transfers, maybe there is a possibility there of including the shop.
Watch this space I think.

That's correct - we're currently in the talks with moneybookers, but there is nothing concrete that I could forward on to you guys yet
