Yeah it is if u log in to Poker Site through HWM website and deposit by yourself.
Otherwise i have some suggestions for you how to get it for free.

2) Pass the quiz
3) U will get free 50$
4) play as it is written in articles
5) U will easily get some money(200$)
6) Buy HEM
7) Whit its help you make profit of 50 USD in two sessions
8) U have HEM for FREE:)

I would recommend that you start with the Elephant tracking software.
It is a free product to all pokerstrategy members and you are entitled to a free trial at the beginning. Even after the free trial has ended you can still use the software in its basic edition but once you have earnt 1000 Strategy Points you can then get a licence that will unlock the rest of the programs features.
