[Closed] Massive downswing over 50k hands

That sucks. TerrorBlade lost approx. $1kk (I exaggerate obv, but it was a lot) at $5/$T about a year and a half ago before eventually dropping down to (I think) $2/$4. It's taken a while but he's gotten himself back to a solid $5/$T game and a win rate at that limit, so it has been done before.

Yeah I went from 5/T -> 1/2, 6k ->900$ in mid 2008 but then I realised I was shit.

Also what BRM do you use? I used to use 500BB then I couldn't handle any less than 1kBB cause losing 200BB in a day or two is a regular occurence tbh.

Loosing over 50k is more likely due to leaky play than to variance. Try hiring a coach and let them review your hand history, maybe they will find stuff you weren't even thinking about.

Lately i havent used normal BRM cause i dont want to play 1/2. I need to start improving my game and rethink it also. It is so hard to concentrate on that low limit when u have been winner on higher one. Yep losin 200BB is not hard at all even 200 bb is normal for me in some shity days. Maybe u can coach me in april when i come pretty surely to NZ. I can visit u if it suit ;).
