Seems like a nit, but his open raising numbers are normal.

He opens 22% UTG so I can call with 54s according to equilator... so preflop should be a fold but it's close.

The question is about the postflop play.

Fold preflop yeah.. For the rest, I'd play this the same. 33-55 shouldn't be in his range, but he might have a set 66 or 77. Still, if he's a 'strange guy' I'd call down even after his cap on the turn.

i would have 3bet the turn as well since he won't have the straight that often. If he is strange, the argument of 3betting becomes more powerful. you have it played well. preflop is , as already mentioned, a fold.
