Is this a good spot to make a semibluff raise with overcards and flush outs?

I think he is able to fold a better hand here (A-high) maybe even the 4.

Sure I can. I started at .05/.1 1 year ago. With few breaks I finally reached 5/10.
I play about 10 hours a week. Now I'm playing 1 table since my right arm is broken;) I left PP after Big Ban.
I suppose u r a bit confused i comment ur hands. Don't feel offended plz. If u think my ideas are rubbish just say it, I'm learning too.

I agree with blacksky.

Villain is passive and has >40WTS, therefore he
a) usually has a hand that beats you
b) usually won´t fold that hand against a raise, especially not if there is a unscary Turn like this

-> call Turn, fold River ui, raise river if you improve (raise/fold if u trust your reads)
