I hope the subject title made any sence, anyhow, here are some hands I played last session.

1) Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game

How much should I bet on the flop to feel where I'm at? And how do I continue the hand? For me this hand is really tricky and hard to play.

This was a weird hand, didnt really know what to do.

please open several threads. its just hard to view as a whole if you open a thread with more than 3 hands.

1) i wouldnt check/raise the flop. i'd just call his small bet. a c/r leads the pot to being very big and thats just what you dont want to have with midpair.

2) the flop is fine. turn check/fold is fine as well, too often you are behind. river is any easy fold. not that you are behind against a flush, straight, sets and better twopairs are also possible hands beating you.

3) you dont bet the turn and you dont reraise his bet. you just want to see a cheap showdown. if they bet more, you should fold. the board is way too scary to invest more money with TP middle kicker.

4) $0.4 on the flop. on the turn i prefer check behind because there are little worse hands that call your bet. plus you induce bluffs from worse hands on the river. against a check/raise you would have a tough decision, especially if its a minraise.

5) bet the flop 10c, and bet the turn 3/4 pot. there is no need to check/call here. probably you have the best hand and you have to protect it against possible flush and straightdraws.
in your case, if i had bet the flop and this turncard appears, i'd bet again but fold to a raise. you can be easily behind against a better T and now also against a flush or a straight.

6) $0.15 on the flop. on the turn i just check behind and call some small riverbets but in general fold. on this dry flop most of the time he will have you beat and there is no need to bet on the turn and invest more money.

7) fold preflop!!!!!! K9s is definitely not a hand you should limp utg. postflop I'd just check the turn and fold to a big bet. you can easily be behind against a better k and a bet from you just makes the pot larger ..

8) I would just call the flop and hope to get lucky. a raise invests more money with a hand thats not worth investing more money. on the turn in your case you should check behind. you now have a flushdraw and you definitely dont wanna be check/raised.
