12 left i avg stack was like ~280k
i had 500k++ was chip leader like 10-15 hands before but lose half mine stack with KK vs AA.

1 orbit before this hand i 3 bet this guy I was on BTN and he folds i had KK that hand i 3 bet him litle bigger like x3,2, couse he was opening a lot

action preflop
when i 3 bet him he tank for a couple of sec than he 4 bet me i put him on big pair AA-KK and maybe AK or AQ QQ/JJ/tt but i think he shoves them pre
so i thought for a while and considering that we were deep enough for MTT and good pod odds i called

now flop is tricky
i dont think that i have fold EQ if i shove and thats why i check it to see what hapens and then he insta shoves it. in this spot i have litle less than avg stack if i fold but looking at the pot odds just for flush draw i think i'm geting the right prize to call and if he have something like AK(real trouble is if have AhKh), TT or JJ i have 6 or 3 more outs to win this pot, the problem is that if i loose this pot i'm prety much done with this MTT

so what do u think?? fold preflop? shove flop? fold flop?

1.

Your 3bet is ok, good betsizing, im not a fan of calling in sb, bb can squeeze very light, folding is too weak. his min4bet looks very weird i put him on kk+ and im folding now. you cant call his shove on the flop on qxx or jxx flop, you will have very tough time on every flop except 2pair or fd with pair etc. you 3bet there to finish action preflop if it doesnt work i fold and play TWO FINAL TABLES with 45 bbs!

#1 i think i fold to this small 4bet.
this looks so damn strong that he has QQ+ here most of the time and you are so hard dominated and oop. think folding is better here
on the flop its still pretty hard to call but he might have AK in his rtange as well. pretty tough but i think you should fold and keep on playing.

1 I also think you should fold after he 4bets after all you are 3bet stealing, right?
2 pretty standard. I do however prefer to take different lines vs tight people in bb lately. Since they will just playback at you only with good hands you don't need to risk your stack. Just raise (maybe even min raise) or limp bet any flop and give him a walk from time to time and it should be ok.
