Hi, this guy totally confused me with this hand.
Don't think I did too much wrong here, but would just like to check.

When he min 3-bets here I initially think strong hand due to his 9% raise pre.

When he checks both flop and turn I take a stab with my top pair, this has to be done right.

River I hit my second pair, but I know this doesn't change anything if he has overpair, so I just call his donk bet.

Real strange way for villain to play the hand don't you think?

sometimes they just thought you hit your trips and thatś why take their strange lines
I think calldown is reasonable, although you´re often beat
