My wife bought me 'The Poker Tournament Strategy' by Arnold Snyder for my birthday, and I tried the ideas out on Full Tilt. Turbo tournament - too fast, deep stack tournament - too slow. So I played a $2 tournament on Pacific Poker - just right (this is Goldilocks and the Three Bears) and came 2nd (out of 400+) for $150 and my biggest cash yet. Don't laugh, that took my bankroll from $200 to $350! From little seeds......

Wooooooohhhhoooo, with all this wife talk........I'd just like a girlfriend....I've been running bad with the girls far to long now, its quite deppressing tbh. So atleaset you have somone even if there not godly enough to support ze poker

Grats! An understanding girlfriend is such a score. My girlfriend is nice enough that when I pick up the phone and say "Playing poker" she'll just wait for me to phone back.

I have won recently this same tournament, and BR boost was awsome. From 80$ to 330$. That was nice tournament!
If my girlfriend someday will buy me a poker book, i will take her to the best restaurant in Riga! IMO this will never happen!
