HOHO diamond for the first time... won't last too long though IMO couse i generaly dont have much time to play.
Anyways i might make an update at the end of the month, couse i havent posted it for a long time and after end of february poker playing for Slovenians is a bit unclear because of the new law on internet gambling, so it might be the last update about my so-far lifetime pokerwinnings and stuff, couse either way (poker playing possible or not) i wont post my results any longer after the start of our new law.

Firstly, thanks to you PokerStrategy for a T-shirt and key-chain - now i can be dressed like a pro ♠_cool:
As far as concerns poker, well i played SH and full-ring for the last 2 and half months, FL 2/4 and 3/6 mainly and it has been pretty steady climb at about 2,5k$/month (playmoney afcourse 
).
Now i will play some HU prolly again because i find out i like to switch betwen games every few months + i had enaugh of mindless grinding and i feel like improving my game alot when playing HU.
Wont play lower than 5/10 though, couse i am rolled quite well atm ♠_cool:

I don't think there will be any (real) problems.
what happened actually? is the new law related somehow to poker winnings or just general online gambling stuff?
They wanted ISPs to ban gambling providers.
Law also stated that it is forbidden to deposit money on gambling sites.
But of course they didn't succeed. Law was confirmed but they are changing it as we speak... Everyone was laughing at our government. Even a child could bypass that ban (ISPs already told how).
Why would they make up this law anyway?
*Its really simple. In Slovenia we have only one betting provider, which owner is our state. They are offering bets and lots of other "lottery tickets". And they are giving "a lot of money" to charities, organisations with people who have disabilities, etc...
And they are estimating that 5-10 Mio € in taxes are lost because we Slovenians bet/gamble/play poker on foreign sites. 5-10M €, which could go to "charities"

edit: Let me just say that their betting odds are FUCKING HORRIBLE!
If bwin has like 1.8, our betting provider has something like 1.55 or even less.
*Also they don't want minors (<18yrs old) to bet/gamble/play poker.
But I started betting when I was like 14 yrs old
No one cares for "offline" betters 
*Third... They don't want ppl to get addicted with betting/gambling/playing poker.
BTW, there were 55 gambling addicts that searched for help in last few years.
They didn't state how many alcohol addicts are out there...
*Fourth. They said that with help of this law, anyone could ban himself from a certain casino.
We all loled, because that's of course something normal and available whole time.
*Last, but not least.
One of their reasons was also that via gambling and poker sites, terrorist organisations are funded and they want to stop that.
That's the biggest lol of all. Terrorist organisation in Slovenia...

But whats really great in Czech rep (where i live atm) is, that online poker is/will be (who keeps track of this actually :P) not legal here. Sounds as bad news, but the thing is, it's against the law to provide such service, not to play online poker. And they can charge penalty worth only < 1hr of PokerStars net revenue if they brake this law. If you realize how long it may take them to really ask such penalty, you understand why there're dozens of FTP & PS ads in TV every day ♦ And poker winnings may be officialy tax free if it's illegal to provide this service here...
But your law is funny also... send me some money on Neteller (which is allowed) or by international bank transfer and I'll use player transfer to 'provide' you with BR and it's completely legal

Hello OvckaBee, first of all, i saw you sometimes on the tables and you are a really great player, respect you a lot! :-) but i have a little question. I saw on tableratings that you play on stars and fulltilt, on FTP I suppose you have a RB account, but is a profitable play on stars if you are not full established on that site? You cannot recieve a supernova status, right? Or you can? I want to ask you if if better to play on stars (traffic of players etc, but almost without RB), or on some other big site like Absolute, ipoker after kicking off the regulars etc with RB. And if you have an account almost without RB, isnt better to play on sites strictly without RB like pacific, hollywood etc (5% isnt RB for me :-) where are a players much more worse then on stars? I want to have a two accounts too and dont know if is good stay on stars or not. Thank you for a answer and good luck! :-)
If you play FL I would recommend staying at PokerStars.
Lots of tables, action anytime you want, low rake and a lot of bad players.
But to be honest, you can't go wrong with FTP too. It's really your choice.
Don't go to iPoker if you can't get RB. Rake will eat you alive.
Or any other "non-FL" site for that matter.
BTW, you can get RB at Pacific so that site does not qualify for "strictly without RB"

The only two sites i would play FL low limits is Stars and FTP, because everywhere else the rake is just too high.
If you dont play enaugh, you better go play on FTP than Stars rakeback-wise couse you would have a better rakeback there (27%), but if you manage to play enaugh to get the SN status on Stars then you get a better rakeback through bonuses (over 30%). Prolly takes about less than 30hrs/month 6 tabling 2/4 and 3/6 to rech SN status in a year. Plus there is much more trafic on stars than FTP, therefore you can make better table selection.
But if you play HU, FTP is better on low stakes, especaially on 2/4. Both sites cap rake at 0.5$, but there is no rake taken on FTP till pot reaches 10$, while on Stars there is. Doesn't really mater on stakes higher than 2/4, because in every raised pot preflop pot is allready above 10$.
But for good opponent selection and getting action with HU games 5/10 and higher you should prolly play at multiple sites, unless you wanna play regs, or wait for hours for fish to sit down.
