i got a serious tilt problem
-i have got atleast 8K RB
-i have got atleast 1.5k bonuses
-i have made just over 1K through my ft points
-i have beat nl10-50 3-4 times
Currently i have
-br less than 2K (plus about 1.2k worth of ft points)
-playin nl25-50
fortunatly i have never deposited my own money.
any way to avoid this tilt?
i have tried implementing a stop loss but in "the spur of the moment" i feel that i have to make back my losses
quit poker? nah just joking.
what i suggest you can do iswhen you are not playing, take quality time to run through the reasons why it is good to stop when you hit a stoploss/tilt.
pen these reasons down paste this reminder at some where prominent(e.g. beside your monitor). so when you tilt/stoploss, this reminder note will rationalise your actions better.

This is a tilt problem
I lost 3 bad beats in a row and tilted big time , all in every single hand for an hour I think . I really lost count of how much I lost since I didnt have tracking software , Went from BR of $330 to $160 then donked off another $40 within 2 days . A months work wasted in an hour.
So yeah I guess that program tilt demon is worth buying.
