Is this overplayed? What would be a better alternative?

Preflop raising to 120 is better so that you have more Room postflop and he calls more worse Hands. Flop I'd bet slightly less, like 260.
Turn seems a little overplayed, you don't really beat much, I'd just check and see what happens probably hoping for some aditional Information, but here you just have a stacksizeproblem because of betting big pre and on the Flop.
