The same problem in here ( i got a letter that id-check failed ). I can't understand why everything isn't clear. I send my scanned documents one more time and I am waiting for your answer.

Sorry to hear you failed the ID check. Fingers crossed for you this time, just please bear in mind that the support team will only fail your application if there is a genuine problem and are not obliged to actually tell you the specific reason.
It is very important to pass the ID check, we are unable to provide the free starting capital to anyone who doesn't pass.
