1) with several people behind you iI think you can fold the flop directly. max 5 discounted outs and the chance of getting raised. if you call it (not a very big mistake) only call the 3-bet on the turn and fold the river.

2) I can't give you a 100% clear answer on that because of the c/r I would say: Yes cb. But I'm not sure. Maybe b/f can be good too (on a higher limit b/f would be no way for me (against a few player) but I don't know if he is capable of a c/r river bluff)
So I say yes cb river :/
