Even thought I am a tight player I would have gone All-In here concerning the actuall state of play. But thats only my side. When you let the SB alone he might double up and screw you. 
You should fold in that situation. If you practice ICM hands alot, when another player is all in and someone called it. It's better to stay out of the way unless you have a really big monster like QQ or KK+.
Ofcourse it sucks because your so shortstacked and have a good hand 3 handed. But the chance you will be dominated preflop is huge.
Call. We have SB covered. It's hard for us to bust in third place. We're ahead of handranges.

I think I side with chenny8888 here. as it is hard for us to bust 3rd and if bigstack wins i'm going into HU as a massively shortstack
