Here you only have 5BB remaining.
If you let yourself go through the blinds 1 more time you will have very little FE left.
You should be pushing a very wide range with 5BB, even from early position.
here you can push something like 60-75% of hands to preserve your fold equity. This will be a -EV push, but sometimes in a SnG we need to take -EV pushes to increase our chances of surviving in future hands. This is a perfect example of when we can take a -EV push to maintain our fold-equity.
If you have 5BB left in late position you should be pushing any two cards.
This is some nice info. I have never learned about the -EV pushes, so can't wait till I start gathering points, so I can get to the more advanced articles 
I guess the 5BB rule only counts when we are not on the bubble?

5BB is the critical point where we have to try and find a push to maintain our fold equity, even if it is slightly -EV. a decent range for pushing UTG with 5BB is something around 60-75% of hands. and from MP-LP close to ATC depending on how loose the blinds are.
this play on the bubble becomes more difficult because you have to consider other stack sizes more carefully, but if you are the only player with 5bb you should be using this rule in general.
