Ok, let's start with first things first.
My real name is Steven and I'm from Romania ( Ṣtefan for Romanians
) , I'm 20 years old, first year at Computer Science .I'm having problems with my college at the moment, but I think I'll manage to go through.
I started playing poker with PS about 40 days ago and I managed to keep the starting capital alive.Last sunday I was almost broke playing NL2 SH, having a bankroll of 14 $.
Today I had 33$ BR and I decided to start playing rush poker NL5(I know it doesn't correspond to BRM
) and so I now have 51 $.It's the first time since I started playing online poker when my BR is +50 $ ♦
My thread will be updated weekly with graphs of my evolution .
Also , I'll clearly state here my objectives in poker:
Here they are:
Long Term Objectives:
1.Become a professional poker player
2.Win 10k+ $ from poker
3.Reach Diamond status.
4.Reach Black Member status.
My long term objectives may be changed due to some circumstances, but they must be present here so that I know my direction.
Short Term Objectives:
1.Reach Gold Status
2.Reread all silver articles of NL BSS SH and psychology and taking notes,1 per day.( I already read them all)
3.Gain the PS Elephant license.
4.Watch 1 video every day.
5.Reach a BR of 250$ to advance to NL10.
6.Play 3k+ hands at RUSH Poker daily, that means 2-3 hours a day at 3-4 tables.
7.Post at least 1 hand per day for analysis .
Currently I'm using PokerTracker3 Trial, I have 45 days left of it.I think it is a great software.I'm hoping I will unlock the PS Elephant license till the trial expires.
Also I have some questions:
1.I am currently playing with my starting capital at FTP and I almost have enough points to unlock the money. If I withdraw them and redeposit again, it will be recognized as a first deposit or not???
2.What books should I read at the beginning of my poker career??.
3.Does PS Elephant works with rush poker???
First update will be made Sunday with the graph and stats.I'm currently playing NL5 BSS SH Rush Poker(I love this format).
"Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars." - this will be my guiding quote.
Cheers,
Steven.
