That was my last hand at the table. I wanted to quit, because I was deep and I play bad when I am deep. Not that I play good when I am not deep... but whatever...

This pretty much. Otherwise just fold preflop and postflop is fine if you don't have the option of jamming on the flop because the pot is locked, otherwise just go broke asap.
