My brother won qualifier to PS Baltic Festival 2010 in Estonia worth 2500€, but he's 19yr old and Estonian legal age is 21yr. Can he some how unregister from it and/or get something back or transfer ticket to me...

He tried get ITM, but guys AK vs AK rivers one card flush. And he left with package...

Why are you asking that here ? You should write an e-mail to pokerstars support.

As Azarelz said, my suggestion would be to contact Poker Stars support ASAP to see if un-registering is possible.
