ok, but what should be my range to make this move profitable in this situacition [3-bet shove] ???

Note that the coach said this stack, with bigger stacks i would just called, i've been in trouble with the same type of hand, when we were deeper.

Hello,

Preflop: Pretty standard, being not that deep we have to get value from worse hands. Playing with such buyin limits you are mostly playing for value with such hands because doublesuited hands and etc hands don't have implied odds for calling because they aren't that deep and are making mistakes Calling like that preflop.
Flop: I don't mind even betting smallish here because of his stack, ~$5-6 and ship the money anyway if he even pushes, there is not much to do, we are making mistake when we are folding here against his stack.

Best regards,
Rensu
