The SB is pretty aggresive over the small sample we have on him but I defenitely see him playing AQ like this or a flush draw etc. You really can't put him on just sets here (which is pretty much what you're doing).

This is just an easy bet/broke on the flop IMO.

when 13/9 c/r that big on the flop, I think he mostly has there QT+ that wants to protect his hand
So I like your b/f
But since it is nl 5 you can also bet/shove if you have seen that player also to c/r with Qx and draws
