You have stated in the OP you have 2 accounts, this one, and maddy0808, so this is probably why

I didn't have to send my ID, but i can very much understand the identity check.
Maybe they verifyed my identity by my email domain? Dunno
Anyway, i am happy to get my starting capital and i think this site and its content is very good.
Its also nice to see its a serious site as well

Every member of PokerStrategy is only allowed to have 1 starting capital. As you have already received your starting capital on PartyPoker then you will not be able to apply for another one.
Occasionally, however, PokerStrategy do an ad-hoc promotion where they will select random members who will be able to receive a second starting capital but they are not all that regular and not something to be relied upon.
