Hi,

I just call on the flop, raising TT there makes no sense as a bluff and it's really thin for value unless you know villain is likely to c-bet/call with AK-high or spazz 3-bet with overcards or something, which many 14/10/1.3 guys will barely ever do. It becomes an information raise just to see if you're beat basically, which is very rarely a good idea.

Even if by calling you risk an overcard falling on the turn, villain will sometimes bluff at it so you're not forced to fold straight away and 14/10 tend to play pretty straight forwardly altogether so they're pretty easy to read.

Hope it helps.
