Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q♦, Q♠

2) Im not really sure why i wanted to post this hand. But the best play here would be 3bet flop and lead the turn right? Calldown to a turn donk or raise. River play same as #1?

1) i like it. maybe he has a 9 or a pocket

2) yep 3-bet flop and call down to any resistance. when he calls your flop 3-bet and your turn bet i would check/call river. not sure about the river.

imho ;)

1) ok

2) I wouldn't cap preflop. Rest like #frzl.

Huh? Why? Im just using the chart that says cap with TT+. Maybe that means cap higher then TT? Or TT and higher? U got me confused here cirith =)

The orc doesn't have a 'cap' in it. And SHC says raise/raise1 which is no cap.

Can you give me a link where you read about a cap with TT after two coldcallers?

he is talking about the sh silver chart and this tells him to cap TT+, AKo and AQs+, in any situation
one sec. i will get the link

Lol ok then... I would only cap JJ+ in this situation because of the 2 coldcallers. In normal situation the cap is good.

Whats this ORC? Open Raising Chart right? Is it better then the sh silver chart? What are the big differences between the two of them?

the orc is the first chart in the sh silver chart... it tells you which hand you should raise when you are first in. you already use it

As soon as you have PT/PA you should use the gold chart which you can find here:

http://www.pokerstrategy.org.uk/en/strategy/50/

If you can't handle it yet go on with the silver chart and switch to the gold only if you feel ready for it.

Im still waiting for the license. PS.de frontpage says i have 1972pp.

When is the next update? And how long is it going to take until i get the license?

Im allready at 3400 Partypoints and im getting a little bit impatient =)

I don't know it. :/

Hey ciRith sorry to bother u with this old forum topic but since im close to getting my PT/PA license this matter brought up some questions.

At this post u gave me the advice to use the Gold ORC chart as soon as i had PT/PA. But i have read the Gold pre-flop 2.0 article and ive seen the ORC chart but its all something i am allready using.

Just take a look at this chart and that should explain it all. Watch how the "FIRST IN" chart is just the same as the Gold ORC chart.

So if im right my silver chart allready has all the things explained in the Gold pre-flop 2.0 article implented?

Hmm I wonder why this thread doesn't get to the top if you post a message. :/

Yes the Gold ORC is the same as the silver ORC. But the theory with it depends on stats like VPIP and PFR.

This doesn't effect the ORC at all but if you want to 3-bet someone you should know the stats and the 3-bet chart with PFR% will help you out here.

The most complicated thing is the Blinddefence which depends mostly on stats.

http://www.pokerstrategy.org.uk/wbb_de/thread.php?threadid=34865

Here you can find the Blinddefence, the 3-bet, the limp-raise chart etc etc which all depends on stats. In the beginning of the ORC there was no exra stats so now its way easier to understand and play wih all the charts.

Anymore questions? :)

Its all german and i cant speak or read german :/

All the links within that thread also refer me to the mainpage?
