the problem is that our developer team is currently on the way of improving the PokerStrategy.com-Elephant. As the hand converter is part of the old elephant-software it will be corrected when it is its turn on the developers schedule.
Unfortunately this is not now and I can't give you a guess

But we would still really like you to post your hands in our forums - that's why we made a little guide on how our hand judge forums work:
Hand Evaluation Boards - What you need to know
especially consider the last point were a way to post/convert hands is mentioned. Of course it is not only for handjudging but for every part of the forum here.
