i found Tournament Shark very helpfull on sngs
and i really want to use it..
is the software leagal on poker stars ???

Although it is not listed as a banned site it is 100% breaking the rules.
Sharkscope is listed and they are the same thing.

I don't actually use any software so have no idea what this is, but the following page might help you.

I personally would still check with PokerStars support though as you can never be too careful. The consequences of using prohibited software are severe.
