villain is 17/8 after 39 hands. Not sure there is much else we can do here, but please confirm?

Maybe I'd bet a bit smaller on the river to make sure I get a call, but then again the big bet could look a bit bluffy.
Since we're only afraid of T9 and 76 imo we can't ever fold to his c/r.
Since he c/called the flop 76 is extremely unlikely and once he c/c the turn I think T9 is very unlikely as well.

Yep, either leading out or check/raising for protection+value.

Hi,

although his line smell like nuts, I'd never find a fold.
But keep in mind, that some players tend to slowplay their monsters even on drawy boards against aggressive people like you... :-)
Btw.: How can you have trips on flop with QQ preflop? ;-)

why dont we 3b pf? he is that nitty? I think 39 hands doesnt say much. I just 3b
as played - nh, cant see way of folding somewhere here

There could be lots of reasons for it.
A fish in the blinds who we want to come along or a squeezehappy opponent behind us are two examples.
