3betshove to isolate IMO. It's hard to bust on the bubble once the shortie is all-in and we're well ahead of both ranges.
Well personally I like to try and team play BU out in situation like this. Yes AKo is ahead of both ranges, but is it really ahead that much? If hero isolate BU and lose the pot stack sizes are pretty much even for all players. Not the desirable outcome...
Getting into HU pot is also way better situation from BU point of view. Also if SB understand this situation he shouldn't bet without strong hand postflop. So there is still quite good possibility to take the pot.
I like both options.
Reads if SB is trapping or what would be his calling range if we push would help to select the best option.
Readless I like pushing > calling.
If SB folds, witch he should a lot cause our push shows a lot of strenght:
1) We win and have a nice stack ITM
2) We loose, have even stacks (still have aroud 75% of surviving the bubble), and maybe a pissed of SB =P
N1 more often than N2, cause our hand is ahead of their ranges.
If we check it down, there is a bigger chance of getting ITM OFC, assuming SB also wants to check it down. But a bigger chance of SB having a 7k stack ITM.
ICM calculations would be cool 
Well I did a little calculation. I'm assuming that if we call, we always check it down postflop.
I assigned the following ranges:
BU_push = 36%
SB_Call = 16%
SB_Call_Push = 3.5%
That means, that:
EQ_Fold = 31.39 %
EQ_Call = 0.264 * 0.247 + 0.32 * 0.3074 + 0.416 * 0.383 = 32.3 %
EQ_Shove = 32.33 % (used wiz to do the math)
As you can see it's pretty close between calling or shoving. But I still think calling is better, since the risk of busting is lower and given how deep you are busting would result in a massive lost of equity.
