The call preflop isn't the ABC play but it looks good vs a non-regular with those stats.

As played I'm definatly coldcalling the flop. You're investing too much chips here with a draw, and you can use your positional advantage on turn/river so the hand won't get hard to play.

By raising his bet on the flop you get a nast situation on the turn, because you're committed and shoving a draw with only one card left to come kinda sucks.

Preflop call is ok from button. In flop call is best play imo. After hero raise and villain call there is no real point to shove turn. I don't see any hand folding beside another flush draw (which we want to stay in pot). If villain call flop with mediocre pocket pair he is check-calling turn shove as well.

I throw it away preflop... Don't mind the call here if we are confident in our post flop play tho...

Flop cold calling is standard... Semi bluffing here is just wrong and spewy..

Turn is a check... again your line is just spewy...

as played: going broke is rediculously standard. raise flop bigger and shove any turn.

u guys saying fold should go look up 2 overs + nut flush draw vs some possible villain combinations. we are ahead on this flop very often AND we have fold equity.

I would actually call the flop, evaluate the turn. We have position. If villain checks and we check back the turn/river we can sometimes still have the best hand. OOP I would tend more towards getting it in on the flop (with a ton of equity still). IP I just think playing it this way is better. Problem is we do have to fold to a turnbet unimproved. What <3 said isn't that bad, I just like using my AQ high to my advantage.

Ye I agree. Even though you're doing well against pretty much anything except for 55/22, it's still a flip and much worse on the turn. If you raise, do you really think he will fold 77, A5 type hands? Don't think so. Especially on that turn I would very much rather check cuz you will get snapped so often and you're equity is not even a flip anymore. I think raising is much better on a board like 58J, where he can actually fold a bunch of pairs which have great equity against your hand.

Also if he has air, he has very fews outs against you and you have great implieds against his FD and pairs. And like chenny said you can catch a bluff once in a while on a board like this when he does not believe you having a piece of it.
