I wonder did i played this too passively here? Any missed value?

Nh. I like check/call turn. It's hard to value bet vs worse hands the way things developed, and if you check he will bet the FD and quite often other busted stuff on the scare card.

I like it. He can bluff this overcard, so c/call is fine.
