1) yeah, with the high antes i'd shove pre

2) since you probably don't have enough left to have a lot of fold equity by check/raising All-In, leading out and going broke seems like the only reasonable line here (check/folding is too weak imo because the limping range of mp will be quite trashy on average). and i don't mind shoving it in for max fold equity on this buy-in - sure, it looks like a draw, but the average player on $0+0.10 does not think about that

on this buyin I prefer to play draws passiv until I hitet

but best play is push preflop
