Hey. I'm gonna start playing NL5 or NL10 on a new site, and would like to know on which site(s) they have the good, somewhat easy to clear(preferably in steps) bonusses. I have been trying to fgure it out myself, but as I'm new to cash game, I have no idea of how the rake thing works. I would really appreciate suggestions on good sites to start. 
Another thought? Is the bonus somewhat irrelevant comparing to how high rake is at micro limits?

Fulltilt has better rackeback for microlimit players than Stars. As you progress Stars vip system offers more.

Very difficult until you hit NL20. Since they use a contributed method it really depends on your style if you can do it at NL10. Laggier styles get more points per 100 hands.
