1) In this spot: Just call the river, cause we have to call (I think we have to) a 3-bet, but we have no 66% Equity against it? Or is b/f an option?

1) Do you have the fold to riverbet or fold to riverraise value from PT? His low wts and his low af speak more for a call but if he doesn't fold very much to a riverraise I think you can raise here because he might only have a worse A or just a busted flushdraw. In case he has a busted flushdraw he won't call very often so this is a gainst a raise as well.
I don't see him having a better twopair or flush here very often and a straight is very unlikely because of his low wts.

So the only question for me is what will he donk and call if we raise?

All in all I like to only call here becausde there are not enough hands we beat that call us. (Only if his fold to riverbet value is very low.)

2) The stats look like it's only a few hands. If you have more than 100 hands and you never saw him doing something weird you can fold here. If you know that he is a ble to raise on scarecards or with a fd you should calldown.

3) Bet for freesd. :)

4) Call because of the potodds you get. 17:1 with 2-3 outs is enough because you gain around 2-3BB = 4-6 SB if you hit your J on the turn. 21-23:1 when only 22:1 is needed for 2 outs is enough here.
You can fold the turn ui of course.
